Goffs Oak Methodist Church

STOP PRESS - Every Wednesday GOMC hosts a Food Pantry operated by the OK Foundation. A variety of frozen, chilled and ambient food is always available to anyone who needs it. It's all free and there are no requirements to register - just turn up. Now the OK Foundation is also going to run monthly food and nutrition sessions (see the poster). All are welcome. In fact why not come earlier to the Coffee Morning which runs rom 9.30 to 11.30. That's also free to anyone and everyone!

GOMC Annual Review 2023

Here are some photos of our 2023 'Carols by Torchlight'. Rev. Papa from GOMC and Rev. Tom from St. James Church, led the singing and prayers supported as always by the Potters Bar Town Band. 120 people gathered around the village Christmas Tree, outside (and inside) the Goffs Oak pub, and during subsequent refreshments in our church hall!. Great fun!!

It is an annual event in aid of Action for Children and raised £350.00.

Warm Welcome Space

Our doors are open to anyone and everyone. No hymns, no prayers, no preaching - just a warm welcome with a hot (or cold) drink and a biscuit. It's a chance to chat with family, friends, neighbours - and perhaps even to make new friends!
